We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations. However, if appointments are not rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the time of arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount for treatment. Not informing Gloucestershire Equine Salt Therapy 24 hours before your appointment may be preventing another horse getting much needed treatment.
